Policies / Terms & Conditions:

 

Monthly Plans & Billing:

·       Invoices per monthly plan are due at the beginning of each month for the month in advance.

·       Invoices will be distributed by the email from messenger@messaging.squareup.com.

·       You will have the option to pay each invoice monthly or if auto-withdrawal works best; upon paying your first invoice, you can check of the option to have auto-withdrawal payments for all future invoices.

·       Late Fees: a 2% late fee will be applied for any past due invoices exceeding 30 days.

·       No refunds.

·       No lesson cancellations. If you can’t make it to a lesson, your lesson time can be rebooked for a maximum of 1 lesson per month pending there is studio availability and is rebooked within 30 days.

·       2 weeks’ notice required to cancel a monthly plan subscription for any upcoming monthly lessons.

A la Carte Plans & Billing:

·       No refunds once lessons are purchased.

·       Once a lesson is booked, can rebook to a new timeslot as needed unless you are 12 hours within the lesson period.

Virtual lessons:

·       If you are sick or can’t make it into the studio, I am happy to do a virtual lesson when needed. Please contact me by email or phone to arrange when needed.

Studio Lesson Cancellations:

·       Cancelled classes due to studio closures will be pro-rated and refunded or rebooked to a new timeslot as requested by the student.  

Recording:

·       I hereby give light it up vocal studios permission to have the below student(s)/dependent(s)/self video-taped, recorded and/or photographed during lessons, rehearsals, festivals or performances for the use of education, advertising and/or promotion via DVD, audio CD, TV, book, website, youtube, social media, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram, newsletters, reports or other media-related forms of advertising. Light it up vocal studios are not responsible for any personal injury or damage to equipment before, during or after lessons, rehearsals, festivals or performances or before, during or after any time at our studio location.

·       Cameras may be active in the studio recording during each lesson for security purposes.

Guests during lessons:

·       No guests in the studio during the lesson unless otherwise arranged with the vocal coach.

Our environment & how we show up for each other:

·       It is important to me that a fun, positive and inclusive environment is created where everyone feels welcomed and supported. I have the right to turn down any students that I feel do not fit into this environment.  

Additional notes:

·       Light It Up Vocal Studios is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or damage to personal property that may occur in my studio.

·       Please notify me of any serious medical conditions or safety concerns I should be aware of.
